Dr. Barreau's passion — to improve patient care through better communication — is the foundation for the Halo Spectrum clinical communication platform.
Dr. Barreau is Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. He completed his fellowship in Hematology - Oncology at the University of Cincinnati, and prior to his retirement from active practice he sub-specialized in breast cancer treatment.
In his role as the former director of the TriHealth Cancer Institute in Cincinnati, Dr. Barreau worked to expand the use of multidisciplinary clinics, which would in-turn improve the quality of cancer care through better communication.

Dr. Gupta shares Dr. Barreau’s passion for understanding and improving healthcare communication, especially among the various providers involved in an individual patient's care.
His philosophy that timely and effective physician-to-physician communication is the key to improving patient outcomes led to the development of Doc Halo, which at its core is designed to put physicians in charge of their communication and establish a new standard for the medical profession.

Cathy Conaty joined Doc Halo in May 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining she was the Vice President of Finance for Putney Inc where she partnered with the Leadership team in driving significant growth prior to their successful exit.
Over the course of her career she has held financial leadership roles with a number of emerging technology and life science companies where she managed operations from start up through product development, commercialization and profitability. Earlier in her career she held financial and operations leadership roles with the Ethicon division of Johnson & Johnson.

Dale Bailey comes to Doc Halo from Quest Diagnostics where he most recently served as Director of Implementations for Quest Diagnostic's Enterprise Content Management System. Prior to serving in that role, Dale also held additional leadership positions at Quest Diagnostics overseeing Technical and Customer Support Services, Application Consulting, and Customer Training.

Doug brings nearly 20 years of experience in platform engineering with McGraw-Hill Education. Most recently he served as Director of Platform Engineering, where he leveraged his knowledge in technology and management to develop robust solutions that delivered educational resources to millions of students nationwide.
